The definition of hemp in Nevada (originally from SB 305) imposes the 0.3% THC limit from the Farm Bill. However, this limit also includes THC’s isomers, explicitly mentioning delta-7, delta-8 and delta-10, and they are also covered by the state’s Uniform Controlled Substances Act. So hemp delta-9 is limited but alternatives are illegal.
