Hemp delta-9 is currently legal in Kentucky, with the state using the same definition of hemp as the Farm Bill. However, there was an attempt to ban delta-8, other alternative THCs and any intoxicating product made from hemp, as well as ban the sorts of conversions delta-8 and hemp delta-9 companies depend on. This was blocked, but it can be re-filed next year. It’s also worth noting that Kentucky already considers delta-8 legal.
